CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy Your appointments are very important to me, and that time is reserved especially for you. To respect both my time and other clients, I kindly ask that you follow the cancellation policy below: • 24-Hour Notice Required: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a fee of 30% of the scheduled service. • No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 50% of the service. • Deposits: If a deposit is required, it will go toward your service total. Deposits are non-refundable in the case of late cancellations or no-shows. • Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to avoid delaying other clients.
